Knowledge without practice means nothing, you have to put in the work
Being told a system or a tactic does not mean you know how to do it. The analogy is simple: even with a soccer coach telling you exactly what to do, you do not automatically know how to do it just because he said so. You still have to develop the skill through repetition. The same applies to everything covered here, texting, conversation, meeting girls, all of it. The tools and the mindset can be given to you, but the only thing that actually makes them work is practice. Anything worthwhile lives on the other side of doing the work. Build the foundation, then keep building on it. You do not pick up the foundation and throw it at people. You apply it, and through application you actually get good.
