The highest-leverage thing you can do with AI is the writing itself
The fundamental mistake most people make is thinking they can skip the writing step and just let the LLM do it for them. The highest-leverage thing you can do is the writing — the robots should do everything else. When you let AI write for you entirely, you give up an enormous amount of leverage. The distinction that matters is: you don't want the robots writing for you, you want the robots repeating you. That's a meaningful difference. The writing captures your perspective, your micro-decisions, your worldview. Once that's captured, AI can repurpose and distribute it endlessly — but the raw material has to come from you first.
