The 'Be, Do, Have' framework: you must become the person first
A trading mentor taught Fabrizio Rausa a three-step sequence: be, do, have. You cannot simply acquire the results without first becoming the kind of person who gets them. The sequence is: first you be, meaning you embody the identity and security of that person; then you do the things that such a person does; and then you get the things that person has. Trying to shortcut this by chasing the external results without doing the internal work first is why most people stay stuck. The foundation is being secure in yourself, which comes from holding beliefs that are advantageous to you and then building real evidence to back those beliefs.
