Stop doing things against your will, be your authentic self
The core message Fabrizio Rausa drives home is simple: stop doing things against your will. Not everyone needs to be a boss or a number one, and that is perfectly fine. But whatever role you play, it should be a genuine choice, not something forced on you by social pressure or celebrity worship. The point is to stop trying to be someone else entirely.
