Consume content that develops you, not content that just entertains you

By Fabrizio Rausa

Fabrizio Rausa offers a simple filter for what you should be spending your attention on: if everyone else is doing it, that is a signal to stop. If everyone is scrolling short-form content all day and watching brain-rot videos, that is the path to staying average. Instead, he recommends feeding yourself good inputs. Watch a real podcast. Learn something. Watch something that actually challenges or informs you. The compounding effect of doing that consistently over three, four, five, or six years is what builds the kind of person who does not need external validation or endless dating advice. He started his entrepreneurship journey at 16 and dropped out of school at 18, and frames his current position at 21 as the early result of that long-term input discipline.
