The review call's three closing questions convert 50–60% of audit clients into buyers
Phase four of the assessment flow is the review call — typically a 30-minute Zoom where the consultant screen-shares the audit report and walks the client through each recommendation. Before the call, the report is emailed to the client so they can review it in advance. The conversation ends with three closing questions: Which of these recommendations is most urgent for you? Do you want to tackle this yourself or would you like help implementing it? And what's your timeline — are these pain points critical right now, or could you live with them for another 60 days? Asking those three questions results in 50–60% of clients requesting implementation help on the spot, saying things like, 'I have no idea how to build a Cloud Skill — can you just build it for me?'
