The hardest part of running an AI creative agency is finding clients

By Greg Isenberg

The technology inside Studio Operator — Astra as the orchestrator, Higgsfield for generation, the model router, the memory system — handles the production side almost entirely. The genuinely hard part is sourcing interesting jobs, whether that means competing on Fiverr or Upwork or building your own brand and pulling clients directly. One practical growth strategy is to start an account on X or Instagram and offer a specific, low-friction service: 'I design logos for $10.' You could build an audience by redesigning logos for celebrities or well-known brands and then converting that attention into paying clients who pay via Venmo or any simple payment method.
