The executive summary slide distills the entire audit into four simple fields

By Greg Isenberg

The executive summary slide is designed to give a client everything they need to know at a glance, without reading the full report. It contains four elements: the one or two primary pain points the client is experiencing, the main outcome they will achieve from implementing the tools, the number of hours they can reclaim each week (the guarantee is at least five, with the average client reclaiming seven hours per week), and the primary focus of the report. That primary focus is always one of three levers: effectiveness (making more money), efficiency (saving time), or quality (improving the product or service). The client reads this one slide and immediately knows what they're getting and how much time they're getting back.
