Studio Operator shows profit margin before you start any job
Before pressing the start button on any production job, Studio Operator surfaces the unit economics in real time. In a live example, a client was willing to pay $10 for a piece of creative content, and Astra estimated the generation cost at just $0.006 — yielding a projected margin of 99.9%. The goal is to run creative work at a 70–90% gross margin. If the margin comes back at 1.6% instead of 91.6%, you simply don't take the job. This pre-flight profitability check is a core part of the workflow and also factors in platform fees — Fiverr and Upwork typically charge between 5% and 15% — so you always know your real take-home before committing.
