Skill chains are what separate an AI-native org from an AI-curious one
The difference between an AI-native organization and one that's merely AI-assisted or AI-curious comes down to autonomy. Without skill chains, you're managing agents on hard mode — treating every agent like an ultra-junior employee who is super smart but whose intelligence you can't actually unlock. You're constantly there trying to direct it, trying to steer it, and eventually it gets frustrating and you abandon it. Skill chains change that equation. As agents become more autonomous and as skills can start calling other skills, that agent autonomy really starts to show up and play a huge role in how you do the work.
