Pitch AI as 'making what they have better,' not replacing it entirely
If you try to convince a company that's been running on the same software stack for 20 years to suddenly rip and replace everything, that's a tough sell. Instead, fish with dynamite: tell them their existing system has worked, and you're going to make it better. Frame it around efficiency gains, reaching customers faster, driving value for customers, and increasing revenue. When you hit those points, the response becomes 'no-brainer, no-brainer, no-brainer.' The pitch isn't about disruption — it's about amplification of what they already have.
