GLM, also known as Z.ai, is another model you'll see pop up frequently — especially if you spend time on Hugging Face, Ollama, or local model Twitter. Some of these models can be really good for specific jobs, so you shouldn't ignore them just because they're not the obvious brand name. You can test them, read the model card, check the license, and play with them. What you deploy for your business might end up being very different from what you'd expect based on brand recognition alone.
