Hermes Desktop UI: what's in the left sidebar and central workspace
The Hermes Agent Desktop interface is organized around a left sidebar that contains navigation for starting a new session, accessing Skills & Tools, Messaging, and Artifacts, as well as a scrollable list of all past sessions. The central area is a prompt workspace where you interact with the agent. The active model (such as Opus 4.8) is displayed in the bottom right corner of the interface. This layout makes it easy to switch between focused task threads, review previous work, and access tools — all without leaving the app.
