AI intelligence is commoditized — so where does the edge go now?
The reality today is that every company can buy intelligence. Frontier models are being released constantly, and intelligence is becoming commoditized — the same foundational capability is available to anyone who can pay for it, and that's most companies. If you talk to 50 different enterprise clients, they're all using the same stack: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor for model agnosticism, GitHub Copilot. Everyone has access to the same tools. So intelligence can no longer be the moat. The advantage shifts entirely to deployment — who can actually harness and apply that intelligence most effectively to their specific company context.
