Lauren Landers Sailing does not recommend Sea Frost refrigeration systems

After working through yet another Sea Frost failure, Lauren Landers Sailing gave an honest assessment: she does not recommend Sea Frost. This is not because the company does not work with her, but because their customer service has been difficult and not great. The water-cooling pump, which is a feature she does like, has broken multiple times without obvious cause. Physical build quality is also a concern, with connectors on the unit struggling to stay seated properly. If switching to a different brand were easy, she says she would. She committed at the outset of her channel to being honest about what she does and does not like, and this is one of those cases.
