After a month away and a rough sail, Lauren reflects on being back aboard in cyclone season

After more than a month off the boat and away from filming, Lauren Landers Sailing returned to find herself exhausted after a sail that started well but turned rough toward the end. She only managed an hour-long nap and noted her eyes were swollen by the end of the day. Despite the fatigue, she described it as simply good to be back on the boat and to have her cat Mo with her again. She flagged that there is a lot to catch up on with viewers after such a long gap. She also noted that temperatures still feel comfortable but that the region is moving into cyclone season, something she is keeping in mind as she settles back in and begins working on boat repairs.
