Why you shouldn't give up on AI agents after the first attempt
A lot of people one-shot something with an AI agent, it's not quite as profound as what they hoped for, and they give up. But agents are powerful enough to do almost anything you want them to do — the issue is never whether they're capable. The real question is whether you are willing to invest the time and coaching and curation to get them there. Don't give up after the first shot, because it is absolutely well worth it. Once you get it right, you have an always-on employee doing the things you care about behind the scenes at all times, at trivial costs relative to hiring a new person.
