Why copying 2015 org structures onto AI agents is a mistake
One of the traps when building an AI workforce is assigning every agent a job title that existed before AI — CMO, Chief Product Officer, front-end engineer, back-end engineer. If you do that, you're essentially recreating a 2015 org structure with AI labels on it. The whole point of AI agents is that they cost essentially nothing at the margin, which means you have genuine freedom to invent roles that would never have made financial sense to hire for in a human world. Using legacy titles forecloses that creative opportunity before you even start.
