Why businesses desperately need someone who can turn AI chaos into an operating system
Most companies will soon face the same problem: they will have 10 AI tools, 50 workflows, and a bunch of half-working automations, and nobody will understand how to turn all of that into an actual operating system. The person who can walk in and say, 'Here is a customer service agent, here is a research agent, here is a sales agent — here are all the rules, what it is allowed to do, where it needs approval, and how we know if it is working' — that person will be very, very hard to replace. The skill is less about using AI tools and more about designing coherent AI systems from messy pieces.
