When people hear 'agent managing an inbox' they picture something exotic, but it's literally just code under the hood with an LLM attached. That's it. You don't need to over-complicate this, you don't need God in a box managing an email inbox. A very simple setup can produce real results. And for these finite, well-defined problems, you usually don't need a heavy agent framework either — most of the time that's just bloat. A straightforward, simple solution is almost always the right call.
