Use another agent to set up your agents — more agents is the answer
One of the most important mindset shifts for anyone building AI agent businesses is to stop being stressed about the technical setup. The answer to nearly every setup problem is simply: have another agent do it. In practice, this means using a Hermes agent to set up a Hermes agent, or spinning up a fresh cloud VM on Orgo, installing Claude Code into that VM via the terminal, and then telling Claude Code in natural language to install and configure the target agent. You don't need to do manual configuration yourself. If you're confused about how to set something up, delegate it to an agent. The friction of bootstrapping a new agent environment drops dramatically when you treat the setup process itself as an agentic task.
