Tailor your AI agent pitch to whoever is in the room
The way you frame an AI agent solution must match the priorities of the specific stakeholder you are speaking with. A CTO or IT director cares about efficiency, productivity, and staying current with technology. A CFO, by contrast, may not care about any of that — they care about revenue growth and cost reduction, full stop. An HR leader or Chief People Officer wants to hire great people faster and onboard them more effectively from day one; cost is not their primary lens. The principle is straightforward but easy to overlook: sell the product or service to the person in the room. Frame every outcome in terms of what that specific buyer actually measures their own success by.
