Quick Wins slide format: map each pain point directly to a tool
The Quick Wins summary slide is deliberately simple: one line per recommendation, with a pain point on the left pointing directly to the tool that solves it on the right. For example, '5 hours a week in email' points to SaneBox, or 'Taking notes by hand in meetings' points to Fathom.ai. There are typically six recommendations listed (numbered 01–06). The goal is a scannable, prescriptive summary — not a deep explanation, just the clearest possible signal of what to do.
