Managing agents is like management 101 — you can't review everything

By Greg Isenberg

Running an agent-first business is management 101, just applied to agents. If you're a CEO, you literally don't have time to look at every single thing every person in the company has done — and the same is true for agents. As you scale up, you need better automated checks and balances to oversee what the agents are doing and inspect quality of work. It's the same as if you had a giant army of human content creators: you'd want some scalable way to detect whether they're posting good or bad content, and then know when to tweak the guidelines for each of them.
