Lead with one specific job, not 'we'll turn your whole brain into AI'
When pitching an expert on turning their archive into an agent tool, don't say 'we're going to turn your whole brain into AI.' That sounds creepy, vague, and like a SaaS landing page that should be illegal. Instead, be ruthlessly specific about one job. 'You have 300 videos about sales — we're going to turn them into a tool your audience can use to improve cold emails.' Or: 'You've got 500 podcast episodes about startups — we're going to turn them into a startup idea feedback tool.' Or to a designer: 'You have a decade of design teardowns — we're going to turn them into a landing page critique tool.' One archive, one painful job, one workflow. Specificity is what makes this kind of product trustworthy and buildable.
