Mostly you interface through the chief of staff bot. But if you need to go deeper on something, you cut out the middleman — just like you would at a real company. You go right to the specialist, say the social agent, and give direct feedback: 'Can you change the subtitles? Can you change the background?' Small edits like that are handled directly without routing everything through the chief of staff.
