Best practice is one workspace per customer. If you're serving a customer, you create a dedicated workspace for their business on Orgo, all of their agents live inside that workspace, and you maintain separate workspaces for each of your other customers. This gives you clean separation from both a security and UX perspective — each customer's environment is isolated — while still letting you manage everything from a single platform. The example given is something like an 'idea browser' business: you'd create that workspace, place all the relevant agents inside it, and then replicate that pattern for every other client.
