Grokbot file access: keep output in chat and Notion, not scattered across computers
Grokbot can access files on your computer — it typically asks permission once and is then allowed to operate. You can also use it on your phone, and if your laptop is open with the app running, it can do things on your computer remotely. The trap people fall into is telling agents to generate a report, put it on the desktop, then push it to Notion — and suddenly you're working on the system more than the actual output. A cleaner approach: tell your agents to create everything on their own computer, then once you've reviewed it, send it to you in chat and put it in Notion. That way you never have to wonder whether something lives on your computer, the agent's computer, or somewhere in the cloud.
