Greg Isenberg's take: start with traditional job titles, then evolve beyond them
Even though building an AI-native workforce means eventually moving past legacy job titles, that doesn't mean you shouldn't start there. Traditional titles like CMO or CPO are a useful mental scaffold at the beginning — they give you an intuitive starting point when everything else feels ambiguous. The goal is to use them as a launchpad, then discover through experience where those categories break down and where genuinely new roles (like a challenger agent or a friction-watcher) make more sense than anything a 2015 org chart would have suggested.
