Getting an AI workforce from 'exists' to 90%+ quality requires iteration
There's a real gap between having agents that exist and are doing something versus having agents that are performing at a 90%-plus level. Closing that gap means iterating — adding extra context through something like a personal diary file, noticing when a particular role isn't working and swapping it out, and tuning the setup over time. Because the right configuration is so specific to each person's workflow and goals, no one can hand you a finished system. You have to live with it, observe where it breaks down, and adjust. The good news is the baseline is fast to set up; the refinement is what takes time.
