Every AI tool recommendation must pull one of three levers to be worth implementing
When prescribing AI tools to a client, the only tools worth including are those that clearly move one of three levers: effectiveness (the tool makes the client more money), efficiency (the tool saves the client time), or quality (the tool improves the quality of their product or service). Any tool that doesn't pull at least one of those levers isn't worth the client's attention. Looking across all the tools in a given audit, the dominant lever those tools pull becomes the 'primary focus' listed on the executive summary slide — so the client understands right away what kind of value they're buying.
