Don't obsess over being model-agnostic when starting out as an FDE
When you're starting out as a Freelance AI/deployment expert, your value doesn't lie in knowing every model equally. It lies in how good you are at understanding both sides of the aisle — the business side and the technical side. That understanding applies to any model. Pick an ecosystem you believe in, become the best at that ecosystem, and then as you grow, you can venture out. You don't want to put the cart ahead of the horse. Really get good at one model before you try to benchmark others and broaden your understanding.
