AI agent PRs mirror the classic senior engineer review process
The pull request workflow that AI agents follow today is structurally identical to what software teams have always done with human engineers. A developer builds a feature, writes tests, and opens a PR with a description of the work — then a senior engineer reviews it. The only difference now is that the 'engineer' is a machine. The agent writes the code, runs the tests, embeds proof of what it did (screenshots, load time measurements, video recordings of the app in action), and presents it all in the PR description. This lets the human reviewer — the agent manager — merge confidently without needing to read the underlying code.
