After recording a discovery call with a business owner, you can feed the transcript into Claude with a prompt as straightforward as: "Hey, I just had a call with the business owner. Attached is the transcript of our conversation. I need you to go on the internet and research off-the-shelf SaaS or AI tools that can fix those pain points." The prompt really is that simple. What Claude does is catch patterns you might have missed in the transcript and surface pain points you didn't think were solvable — then find a tool that actually solves them.
